What are your business hours?
We can be reached 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm. Just call 409.225.7033, or email Aaron@HotShotsPartyRental.com. All messages will be returned promptly during working hours. After hours calls are answered upon availability.
Where are you located?
We serve all of Southeast TX and beyond. Our warehouse is located in Orange TX. We do not operate a 'store front' for clients to stop by and browse the rental equipment
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. All rental bookings with Hots Shots are delivered to your site and picked up. The delivery and pick up schedule of your rental equipment will be in the rental contract. We do not allow clients to transport our equipment.
Do you set up?
Yes. Set-up and take-down of Tents and Lighting are included in the price. Set-up and take-down of Tables, Chairs, and other equipment is available at an additional cost. Make arrangements in advance, please.
What are your payment terms?
All orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit to be confirmed and scheduled. Hot Shots requires a credit card to be placed on file (for incidental fees) by the client that signs the rental contract. The remainder of your balance is due (1) day prior to on-site delivery of equipment. We recommend paying off the balance ahead of time. Acceptable forms of payment are cash & credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations on equipment can be canceled anytime ahead of (14) days from your scheduled event. However, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If your rental equipment is cancelled inside of (14) days of the scheduled event, you will be charged 50% of the rental price. If cancelled inside of (3) days of the scheduled event, you will be charged 75% of the rental price. This policy is to help defer the loss of revenue Hot Shots would have gained from being able to rent this equipment out to another customer. Any amount you put down for the initial deposit would be applied to this charge.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Minor changes to orders (14) days prior to the event are often expected. We understand the number of guests can frequently change and you may want to add/remove rental items. If the rental price is drastically increased, you will be required to pay for an increased deposit to secure the added items.
Tell me more about the 5% Military discount?
Hot Shots offer the 5% Military discount to Active duty, Veterans, Retirees, and military spouses. Proof of service will need to be shown via Military ID, VA Issued ID, Veterans Designation on drivers license, or DD 214. To receive this discount, those eligible must be the signature on the rental contract and name on the credit card.
